		<description>Julie &amp; Julia is on my to-read list.  I pulled it out of a box recently &amp; there was a bookmark about 60 pages into it.  I remember being annoyed with it, but I can&#039;t remember why.  Maybe I&#039;ll try it again soon.  

The 12th graders I&#039;m working with now read The Things They Carried during the first semester &amp; just took the midterm exam.  I only saw the review of the material, but they seemed to like it.  I&#039;ve only read the opening chapter as a stand-alone story &amp; loved it.  

Loving the site too.  I&#039;ll be checking back.  :)</description>
